General rules and conditions regarding event participation:
- We reserve the right to check bags at the event
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
- No drones permitted at the event unless licensed by the event organiser
- No Dogs (unless guide dog or special circumstances, please report to control tent upon entry )
- No BBQs
- No illegal substances
- No bicycles to be ridden around the viewing or children’s play area
- No Camping, caravans etc
- Cars will be parked on the football pitch at the top of the fields
- Cars can be left overnight but at owners risk
- The barrier will be shut at midnight and opened at 10am Sunday morning
- Gazebo/Sun shades are allowed but towards the rear of the venue so not to impede the view of others
- Reasonably priced food and drink is available
- Own food and drink can be brought into the event
- Toilets will be the Parish Hall ones - additional toilets will be available
- Gates open at 12:00
- Music starts at 12:40* and finishes at 23:00hrs
- Postcode for the Hall is NN12 8NN
- Vehicular access is in the filed opposite the hall you will be directed to the car parkin spaces. A pedestrian bridge links the car park filed with the footpath opposite the hall.
- Please remember, especially during quieter songs, to respect the artists and those wishing to listen to the music
- Dancing is of course permitted! That includes men and boys!
- Organisers will be wearing printed red T shirts or hi viz bibs on the day, any issues please approach them
- In the very unlikely event of extreme adverse weather a limited event will take place inside the village hall and/or marquee
- Please note early bird tickets purchased are non-refundable
- Most importantly - have a great day, enjoy the event and help support a unique local event, helping raise funds for Pattishall Playing Fields
